October 6, 1925 - November 6, 2022
Jack C. Zimmerman passed on November 6, 2022 at the age of 97. He lived a wonderful, long life. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pat. He was an incredible father to Jackie Marshall (Jim), Theresa Donahue (Pat), and Mark Zimmerman (Donna). He had 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A special thanks to our Uncle Bill for all of his visits and support. Jack joined the Coast Guard a few months after he graduated from North High School in Columbus and served during WWII. He was an usher at the OSU games up on C-Deck for over 40 years. He loved Buckeye Football and watched every game as well as visited many Big 10 stadiums. His fun loving manner made everyone around him smile and laugh with him when he laughed at himself. He often laughed at his own jokes. His three children adored him and he will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace now beside our Mom. Per Jack's wishes, no service will be held

to all the children Your dad was a great fellow . Alway remember the fourth of July celebrations at our house om state street .And the wrestling matches with Jim. Lots of good memories. He also was always singing a song to Julie . We were all blessed to know him. Our condolence to all of you. Dorena
