Irene Yates, age 90, of Westerville, OH passed away April 1, 2017 at home. Homemaker and loving mother. Member of Central College Presbyterian Church. Enjoyed traveling, square dancing and her many friends. Survived by her children, Diana K. (Bob) Osborne of Westerville, Patricia A. (Joe) Gahn of Columbus and Donald E. Yates of Marblehead, OH; grandchildren, Todd (Deanna) Osborne, Tiffani R. Osborne, Christine M. (Michael) Hayes, Catherine L. Delozier, James P. (Carrie) Kreemer, Chad A. (Lora) Kreemer and Summer L. (Scott) McKee; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry, daughter-in-law, Deborah A. Yates and sister, Kathleen Whaley. Her family would like to thank her caregivers at Griswold Home Care and Mt. Carmel Hospice. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Thursday 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Friday at 11 a.m., Rev. David M. Redding, officiating. Entombment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
