Herman Louis Shaw, age 78, of Columbus, OH. August 18, 2012 at home. Retired from Gahanna City Schools. Devoted father and grandfather. Survived by daughter, Donna (Mike) Cordes of Columbus; son, Randy Shaw of Columbus; grandchildren, Robert, Dylan Louis, Lenora Jane, Kellie Ann and Sarah Jane; brother, Dick (Barb) Shaw; sisters, Dorrie Kerns and Margie (Ray) Brown; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Nora Jane Shaw and brother, Bob Shaw. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m., Pastor Jerry Smucker, officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.
