Hayden Edward Young, age 47, of Utica, OH passed away at home Friday, October 29, 2010 after a lengthy illness. “God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around you, and whispered come to me. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands now rest. God broke our hearts to prove that He only takes the best.” Survived by his mother, LaFern (David) Underwood of Strawberry Plains, TN; father, Jerry (Shirley) Young of Utica, OH; sister, Carolyn (Jeff) Niles of Maryville, TN; brother, Troy (Marcia) Young of Chillicothe, OH; step-sister, Kim Parker and Mike Barry of Worthington, OH; grandmother, Mary Blanton of Chillicothe, OH; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Janet Maney of the Hospice of Central Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville. My deepest sympathy to you all. I am so sorry for your loss. I try to to remember all the fun times us kids had when we were little, I think especially Hayden and I because we were the same age. I remember when Aunt Fern dropped the kids off at mammals, me and Hayden and Carolyn would run up on the hill and play all day. I wish we all stayed in touch as we grew and I know someday we will see Hayden again. God Bless Donna

So sorry for your loss of Hayden. I met him when he came to visit Rick and Kitty in Texas.

My words are not adequate to express the sorrow I feel for your loss. Hayden was an inspiration to everyone who saw the great fight he gave over the last few years.
He was very lucky to have his family support through these difficult times. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
