CLIVER
Harold C. ”Dudey” Cliver, age 87, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Charleston W.Va. and Clayton, NJ, passed away at home Sunday, June 22, 2014. Retired owner of C & E Builders and also retired as Director of Deferred Maintenance and Special Projects at University of Charleston, West Virginia. Member of Westerville Church of the Nazarene. His number 1 priority was serving God and he enjoyed his family, fishing, gardening and helping others. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Janet; children, Jane Burke, Charles (Denise) Cliver, Stephen (Dorinda) Cliver and Kimberly (Charles) Preston; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Florence Dawson; brothers, William (Peggy), Richard (Lillian) and David (Linda) Cliver; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son-in-law, Francis Burke; parents, Frank and Helen (Letie) Cliver; sisters, Mildred, Ruth and Grace; brothers, Clarence and Earl. Friends may call at Westerville Church of the Nazarene, 355 Cherrington Road, Westerville, Wednesday 5-8 p.m. where service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., Pastor Mark Ledford, officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m.,Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery in Sewell, NJ. Arrangements by MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, Westerville, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Westerville Church of the Nazarene.

We are very sorry for your loss. Harold will always hold a special place in our church history; from the legacy he left through his family to using his wordworking skills on the beautiful finish work of our 2003 church addition.
