Gloria Parrish

Parrish, Gloria Eileen (McPeek), 77, of Westerville passed away on December 10, 2017. She was born September 7, 1940 in Dennison, Ohio to the late Beulah (Hill) and Eugene McPeek. Gloria graduated from Dennison High School in 1958. She married Gary Parrish on March 18, 1962. Gloria was a devoted mother to her four children. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother Charles McPeek, and parents-in-law Clyde and Gladys Parrish. She is survived by her four children, Julie (Greg) Stolze, Lee (Nancy) Parrish, Andrea (John) Rowson, and Shelley (Scott) Hetherington. Gloria is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Paul Langenbahn, Joe (Celeste) Langenbahn, Tania (Randy) Simpson, Grady Parrish, Kayleigh Edgecombe, Michael Edgecombe, Grant Weaver, and Alex Weaver. She leaves behind four adored great grandchildren: Eli Langenbahn, Andrew Langenbahn, Tori Simpson, and Holly Simpson. She is also survived by her sisters, Sharon (John) Terakedis and Sue (Bruce) Wansosik, her brother Eugene (Becky) McPeek, sister-in-law Judy (Ron) Parrish, nieces, nephews, and a host of beloved friends. The family would like to extend their particular gratitude to her card club and the Shaver family for their support and lifelong friendship. Family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday 12/15, at The Church of the Messiah, 51 N. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081 with a service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Glorias name to Nationwide Childrens Hospital.
