Gladys M. Jackson, 93, of Mt. Vernon, OH passed away Monday July 4, 2011 at Country Court Nursing Center, Mt. Vernon. Preceded in death by parents, Charles & Olive Chopson, husband Leland G. Jackson, sisters; Grace, Esther and Irma; brother George. Survived by daughter, Carolyn Austin; brothers Clyde Chopson of Homer, OH and Charles Chopson, Jr. of Amity, OH. sister-in-law, Emily Mark, several nieces and nephews. Graveside service and burial will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday July 8, 2011 at Friendship Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Dr. Rodney Buchanan officiating.
