Condolences

Bonnie Bean-Panattoni - May 7, 2024

My deepest condolences to Frank's family. We lived on the same street, (aka Noble Rd/Cherrington Rd) in Westerville, while growing up. Frank was a kind, friendly person who always seemed to be smiling. Now God gets to enjoy him. 🌹

Jeanette Morris - May 6, 2024

This man is one of a kind ! I loved him so very much . I would get phone calls requesting my cabbage rolls or something else yummy that I cooked . He most definitely would get what he wanted. I enjoyed our FaceTime talks and funny things he would say . I loved him so deeply he replaced what I missed out on for so many years . To my Cousins/ Brother and Sister I am so sorry I can’t be there with you but know both of you are in my Heart .

Tim Frank - May 6, 2024
