NOBLE
Eileen “Tootsie” Noble, age 79, of Westerville, OH passed away June 29, 2016. Former owner of Toot’s Book Emporium-Uptown Westerville. Member Church of the Master United Methodist, Doctor’s Hospital Guild, Franklin County Chapter of MS Society, Uptown Merchants Assn. (President in 1983) and Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce. Volunteer for American Red Cross, Doctors Hospital North with over 5,000 hours, St. Ann’s Hospital and Westerville Reads. Graduate of Westerville High School class of 1955. An accomplished soloist and member of church choirs. In her spare time she took in stray animals. Survived by her children, Tina (John) Douglas and Timmy (Carrie) Noble, all of Westerville; sisters, Aldeen Mann of Westerville and Maxine (Bruce) Johnson of Plano, TX; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her High School sweetheart and husband of 63 years, Charles “Buddy” Noble in May 2016, parents, Earl and Eleanor Burwell, niece, Laura Mann Boham. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 10 a.m.-12 noon followed by a service at 12 noon, Rev. Char Schultz, officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. Special thanks to St. Ann’s Palative Care staff.
