Duane Weeks

Duane C. Weeks, age 86, of Westerville, OH passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017. Worked for 39 years at Consolidated Phone Company, GTE and Verizon. Served in the Navy on The Destroyer USS Meredith for two years at the end of the Korean War. He also served in the reserves. Duane loved woodworking, the Buckeyes and going to Canada. Preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Gladys Weeks, brother, Kenneth and infant son, Richard. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Peggy Weeks; sons, Mike (Laura), Tom (Allison) and Jeff (Kim) Weeks; eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday, November 4th from 2-4 p.m..
