Dortha L. Stockdale, 83, of Westerville, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday August 13th at Columbus Colony Elderly Care Center. Retired from J. W. Didion Company. Member of Central College Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by parents, Phillip & Sadie McDermott; brother Francis McDermott and sister Emma Stenger; dear friends, Floyd and Lois McGlone. Survived by loving husband of 63 years, William C. Stockdale. Sons; Paul R. of Westerville and David W. of Powell. sister, Thelma Thomas of California. Several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, 6-8 p.m. Monday where service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Rev. David Redding officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.
