Dear Lori and all the Corbett family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know that no words can really express how we feel at a time like this. I am praying for you all. I would like to share how I met Don and Lori. My daughter and I were flying from California to Ohio and had the privilege of meeting them at our layover in Chicago...we struck up a conversation and immediately connected and I had found friends...my daughter had just bought some popcorn from Garrets and wanted to give one bag to Don, he accepted and loved that popcorn. We sat in separate areas of the plane but saw each other again in Columbus baggage claim, we said goodbye and said we would keep in touch and we have for over two years. Don was a joy to meet and to keep updated about through Lori. Our meeting was short but truly has had an impact. Lori and family I will keep praying for you all 💔🙏💗

When I started working at Dublin Don was a wealth of information. Any time I had a question he always had the answer and would show me the correct way to do the task.

My Dear Daddy, No words can ever express the heavy feeling I have in my heart for Losing the man I love more than I love anything else on this Earth!! My daddy is a one in a million. He took care of my mom and myself each and everyday. Always worked two jobs until he had to retire at the age of 75 due to congestive heart failure. I’m steadfast in the belief that I will see my beloved father in glory soon. Rest well my dear prince And never worry your baby girl will take over from here . Until we see each other the love of my life , I will continuously strive to make you proud. So when we see each other again I’ll see a huge smile on your face, then I’ll be happy because the man of my life will be proud. I love you my prince more than life itself!!! Always and forever my dear Daddy. Love your baby girl , Lori

Don was like a second father to me. He not only was a mentor, but lived his life as an example of how to be a great man. Without a doubt, anyone who met or knew Don would call him a great man. He loved his family, and spoke often of how proud he was of them. He took particular pride in the extensive education the members of his family had achieved. Don supported my own educational pursuits, and loved to talk with me about history. He had refined tastes; he was the one who introduced me to Eddie Merlot's, as well as the annual Dave Koz show he so immensely enjoyed. My heart goes out to Barbara, and the entire family as I know how much Don meant to me, so I cannot fathom the loss they are feeling. I hope they know how much Don was loved, and how much he loved them.
