Dietmar B. Hoheisel

Dietmar B. Hoheisel, age 83, of Westerville, OH passed away Friday, December 2, 2022. Retired owner from Westerville Manufacturing. Veteran of Vietnam War. Served in Germany as a military police officer and was awarded the sharp shooter medal. A member of Moose Lodge #1427. He built and donated all the goals to help start the first organized youth soccer league (COSA). An avid tennis and soccer player who loved to travel the world and enjoyed the outdoors. Preceded in death by his parents, Bernhard and Klara Hoheisel; son, Chris Hoheisel. Survived by his son, David (Lesley) Hoheisel and their children, Jake and Zach Hoheisel; son, Brian Hoheisel; daughter, Sarne Brewster; ex-wife, Frieda Hoheisel; sister, Ingrid Sauter; nieces and nephews, Michael, Sabine and Dagmar in Germany. A Celebration of Life will be held at Moose Lodge #1427, 1970 Schrock Road, Columbus, OH 43229 on December 22nd from 4-7 p.m. with a ceremony at 5 p.m.
