Della (Smith) Bailey, age 84, of Centerburg, OH., passed away in the loving comfort of her family November 29, 2016 at Ohio Masonic Home in Springfield, OH. Retired from Ranco. Member of Primitive Baptist Church. Survived by sons, Sherman (Carolyn), John (Carol), Arnold (Janice), Sam (Connie) and Dewey (Pam) Smith; daughters, Rose Larmer, Connie (Donnie) Neibarger and Lucretia (Stuart) Stoll; 23 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brother, Woodrow (Trudy) Kirk; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, son, Roger, daughters, Ann and Tammy. Friends may call at the JOHNSON-MELICK-MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 49 W. Church Street, Centerburg, Friday from 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m.. Interment Rich Hill Cemetery.
