Deborah Nancy Jenkins, age 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2015. Born August 11, 1951 in Detroit, MI. She graduated from Southwestern High School in 1969 and went on to earn an associates degree from Washtenaw Community College allowing her to become a successful X-Ray Technologist. Married in 1978 to her high school sweetheart, Stanley Jenkins, Sr.. She left her career to become a homemaker and raise her two children. Enjoyed reading, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Lucillia Moore. Survived by her husband, Stanley Jenkins, Sr.; brother, Craig Moore; children, Christopher Jones, Stanley Jenkins, Jr. and Nancy Jenkins Holman; grandchildren, Jackson, Alyssa, Kylie and Aiden; 13 nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Gilda; and many others to whom she opened her motherly arms and heart. Friends and family may visit Wednesday, June 10th from 2-4 p.m. followed by a service at 4:00 p.m. at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH. Pastor Jerry Holman officiating. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Zusman Hospice and Palliative Care Center for their support in her final days.
