David N. Biggs, age 75, of Columbus, OH, passed away July 26, 2017. Retired from State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control. Member of the Republican Choir. Survived by his sister, Virginia (Robert) Rogers; nieces and nephews, Michele (Trent) Soles, Eric (Vicki) Biggs, Daniel Biggs, Jr. and Sandy (Ken) Hubbart; great-nieces and great-nephews, Ariele Soles, Tiara Frazier, Blake (Shawana) Soles and Grace Soles. Service will be held at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with visitation 1 hour before the service, Pastor Bud Leskovac, officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
