Constance M. Mondt, age 56, of Johnstown, OH passed away May 5, 2014 at St. Ann’s Hospital. Attended Johnstown Church. Member of Threads of Love Sewing Circle. Loving grandmother. Survived by her children, David (Erin) Climer, Joseph (Angela) Climer, Nicholas (Michelle) Schultz and Eric Schultz; grandchildren, Hannah, Chase, Emily, Drew, Mariah, Jacob, Justis, Caleb and Nicky; sisters, Jacquelin Michael, Lorraine Paver, Rosemary Svec and Vaughn Hall; brother, William (Beth) Buxton; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Lee Schultz; grandson, Jerome Climer; parents Elmer and Hazel Buxton; sister, Linda Pruett. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. Memorial service will be held at Grace Chapel Community Church, 7798 Big Walnut Road, Westerville, Saturday at 1 p.m., Pastor Josh Porterfield, officiating, Private interment, Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
