Chris Carney

Chris was a 1983 graduate of Linden McKinley High School.  He passed peacefully Monday morning. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Charlotte, brother Dane, and nephew Victor (Hatch). He is survived by his brother Shane, sister Wendy Carney-Hatch, former partner Heather Walker, their beloved daughter Emily Carney; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Chris was a plumber by trade and a talented guitarist, who loved Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. He loved the outdoors and history, especially WWII and Vietnam. He loved football, especially the Cleveland Browns.  He was deeply patriotic and loved his country. He was especially proud of his daughter, who is graduating from Thomas Worthington High School this year. He was able to donate his corneas, so two people will have the gift of sight from his donation.
