Charles Fisher, Jr.

Charles Leroy “Roy” Fisher, Jr., age 50, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Troy, OH, born August 14, 1967 passed away Monday March 5, 2018. He was an iron worker. A fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Roy is remembered for enriching the lives of family and friends. He was a friend to all who knew him and never met a stranger. He enjoyed spending time with his good friend, John Nixon. Survived by his mother, Rosemary E. Fisher; father, Charles Leroy Fisher, Sr.; daughters, Chelsea Fisher of Troy and Jessica York of Springfield; brother, Carl Fisher; grandchildren, Cecelia, Gracelynn, James and Presley; nieces, Kimberly and Nikki Fisher; nephew, Matthew Fisher and all his friends at Neuro Restorative. Preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Fisher. A service will be held at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH 43081, Monday, March 12th at 3 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Bishop Allen Erdman officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Neuro Restorative 6800 Sunbury Rd., Westerville, OH 43082. In his memory, may all who knew him be as appreciative and loving as Roy.
