Chuck was not just a friend in the conventional sense, but rather a remarkable presence in my life. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or a thoughtful act, he consistently demonstrated that true friendship is built on empathy, trust, and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on those around him. His unwavering support, compassionate nature, and genuine kindness serve as a constant reminder of the profound impact one individual can have on the lives of others.

To know Chuck was to love him. He had a great sense of humor, a beautiful smile a big heart and crazy stories without end. I remember one of his goals was to tear up the bases and slide into home, covered with dust having had a great time. Well done, sir!
