CLOUSE
Carl D. Clouse, 94, of Heath, Oh formerly of Reynoldsburg, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. Retired Milk Hauler. Member of F.O.E. Lodge # 2801 of Buckeye Lake, OH. Preceded in death by wife Mildred Clouse, special friend Rose Jaquette, brother, Olen Lee Clouse, sister Mildred Cornwell, Half sister Ruth Kroninger and half brother Mark Clouse. Survived by daughter, Phyllis Jean Hazlett, son, James Wesley (Diane) Clouse of Florida. Grandchildren; Andrea (Ryan) Neer, James D. (Jamie) Clouse and Chris Latella. great grandchildren; Matt, Katie, Bailee, Drew, Kelsie, Kylie, Payton and Luke. Nephew Jake (Ruth) Clouse and niece Stephanie (Dave) Newcomer. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday October 16, 2015 at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Dr. Maurice Martindale officiating. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, New Albany, OH.
