Betty Mae Hurd, age 84, of Westerville, OH passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Retired pharmacist. Graduate of Dublin High School, 1944 and The Ohio State University, 1948. Her hobbies included painting wildlife, beachcombing and bird watching. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Lorena Hurd. Survived by brother, George Hurd; nephew Francis Hurd; nieces, Rose Hurd and Julie (Curwen) Mainous. Friends may call Friday, August 27th from 5-7 p.m. at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, where a service will follow at 7:00 p.m.. Pastor David Mason officiating. Interment will be held in Punta Gorda, Florida.
