Betty Jean Clark, age 74, of Columbus, OH and most recently of Highbanks Care Center, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Riverside Hospital following a long illness. Member of High Street Baptist Church. Survived by her children, Thomas Burdette of Sunbury, OH, Phyllis Kelly of Cherokee, IA, Connie Williams of Morgantown, AL and Debbie Browning of Paintsville, KY; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, Terry (Debbie) Dingus of Columbus and Russell (Susan) Steele of Richmond, VA; sister, Julie Erickson of Westerville; many nieces and nephews; dear friends, Brenda and Gene Verblaauw of Columbus and Vernie England of Galloway, OH. Preceded in death by her parents, James Arlie and Opal Maxine (nee Schrader) Dingus, grandson, Raymond Todd Katka, Jr. and great-grandson Cody Katka. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Monday 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., Pastor Charles Mainous, officiating. Interment Pioneer Cemetery, Westerville, OH.
