Barry Alan Newlin Jr., 29, went home to heaven October 5, 2016, where he will join his Grandpas Jerry Bennett and Ray Newlin Survived by his mother Elizabeth Sue Bennett of Westerville, and Father Barry Alan Newlin (Carol) of South Solon; Grandmothers Ruth Ann Bennett of Westerville and Helen Mae Newlin of Columbus; and many Aunts and Uncles, cousins and friends. Barry was a special needs young man with many talents and lived in a home in Westerville with a roommate, Cody Katz and caretakers Kofi Anno and staff. He was a 2009 graduate of Northeast School of Gahanna. Barry had an infectious smile, loved music, loved oreos, chocolate milk and everyone he met. Many thanks to all the staff at Columbus Center for Human Services for their loving care of Barry. We would like to thank everyone at Riverside for their hard work and dedication throughout Barry’s stay. It made a huge difference at this difficult time. There will be a celebration of life ceremony at Xenos Christian Church 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22nd. Arrangements will be made by MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, Westerville.

What a handsome young man ! With such a happy smile you can tell Barry was loved and well cared for. May this promise in Revelation 21:3-5 comfort you.
