Barbara Louise Wood, age 73, of Mt. Liberty passed away on Monday May 7, 2012 at St. Ann’s Hospital. She was born to the late Robert & Nellie (Hines) Brown on April 20, 1939 in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by her loving parents, two brothers, Kenny and Floyd Brown and four sisters, Mary Canagli, Irma Testa, Bernadine Brooks and Rachel Kidwell. Survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Thomas Wood. children; Beckly (Doug) Thompson and Tim (Robin) Wood. grandchildren; Brittany Thompson (Cody Brown), Chase Thompson (Tracey Bright), Chelsee Wood, Cheyann Wood and Johnathan Wood all of Centerburg. Friends and family may call Friday May 11, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. at the JOHNSON-MELICK-MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 49 West Church Street Centerburg. Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday May 12, 2012 at the Willow Grove Advent Christian Church, 7192 Columbus Road Mt. Liberty, Ohio. Pastor Chris Williams and Tim Wood officiating. Interment Mt. Liberty Cemetery.
