Barbara Mesaros

Barbara A. Mesaros, died peacefully at Riverside Methodist Hospital on August 14, 2011. Barbara was a wife, mother, and beloved grandma. She was a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh and Penn State University. Barbara worked at the Westerville Public Library for over 20 years after completing a teaching career in West Virginia and the Columbus Public Schools. Member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Westerville. Preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Andrew Bavolar, and her husband, John Mesaros. Barbara is survived by her son, Joel (Theresa) Mesaros, daughter-in-law Kristen (Gary) Collins, and grandchildren Jack and Rex Mesaros and Kathryn Collins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Westminster-Thurber Retirement Community, 717 Neil Ave., Columbus, Ohio. Donations, in Barbara’s honor, can be made to Westminster-Thurber Community.
