Barbara “Joyce” Leonard, 71, born October 15, 1939, passed away Saturday June 11, 2011. Born in Springfield, OH to Claude & Georgia (Hull) Keller. Graduate of Mifflin High School, Class of 1957. Married 43 years to George Ross Leonard. As a Navy wife of 20 years, Joyce had many previous residents included in the following; Springfield, OH, Galena, OH, Coumbus OH, Key West, FL, Bain Bridge, MD, Charleston, SC, Ashley, OH, Groton, CT, Mare Island, CA, Honolulu, HI, Johnstown, OH and Westerville, OH. Member of Heritage Christian Church in Westerville, OH. Along with raising 3 boys Joyce held many different positions to include owning Contract Cleaning business, District manager for the Norwich Bulliten Newspaper and managing Tree Haven Campground for 28 years in Westerville, OH. Joyce was a loving/loved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Preceded in death by husband George Ross Leonard, father Claude Keller and step-father Donald Paul. Survived by mother, Georgia Keller Paul and sister Helen Keller Stumpf both of Lake Wales, FL, brother Tom (Linda) Paul of Westerville, OH and all of their children and grandchildren. Sons; Harvey (Randi) Belcher of Ladson, SC, Wayne (Rose) Leonard of Westerville, OH, Chris (Dawn) Leonard of Westerville, OH and Mark (Kemberly) Leonard of Galena, OH. grandchildren; Brian Belcher, Lindsi Belcher, Rachel (Ben) Lilly, Kevin (Carrie) Wallace, Jessica Leonard, Dustin (Melinda) Wallace, Benjamin Leonard, Joseph Leonard, Joshua Leonard, Emily Leonard, Abigail Leonard, Autumn Leonard and Grace Leonard. great grandchildren; Joshua Belcher, Hunter Belcher, Addison Belcher, Lea Belcher, Kase Christopher, Weston Lilly and best friend Patricia Laccurse and family of Christiana, TN. There will be a Memorial for Joyce on Tree Haven Campground, 4855 Miller Paul Road Westerville, Ohio on Saturday June 25, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. Arrangements by the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, Westerville, Ohio.
