Barbara Jane Thompson

Barbara Jane "Bobbi" Cox Thompson, was born in Chillicothe, OH on March 6, 1936 and passed away on March 29, 2023. She attended Mt. Logan Schools, graduated from Chillicothe High School in 1954 and Otterbein University in 1958. Bobbi spent the next 30 plus years happily working in the Savings and Loan and Banking industry. Bobbi and her husband, Bob, were married for over 50 years and enjoyed raising their son Glenn and daughter Kathy. Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Magraret Cox, granddaughter, Kelsey Karmadel Thompson, husband, Robert and son-in-law, Carlos Casado. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen S. Thompson-Casado; son, Glenn W. (Jessie K.) Thompson; granddaughter, Wesley A. Thompson; brother, William (Jane) Cox; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday, April 8, 2023, from 10 a.m.-12 noon. The private Graveside service and interment will be held at Concord Cemetery in Londonderry, OH (Ross County) Saturday at 2:30 p.m..
