Major Barbara Jean Bloom, age 80, of Dublin, OH. November 2, 2016. Retired from the Salvation Army where she had an active ministry in the U.S. and Canada. Graduate of Lynn Classical High School, Mercy College of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and the Salvation Army College for officers training in New York. Survived by her siblings, Ruth Durant, Norman and Ronald Bloom, all of Lynn, MA. Preceded in death by siblings, Richard, William and Robert Bloom and Marie Roberts.
