Audrey B. “Abe” Sroufe, age 75, of Westerville, OH passed away peacefully and quietly at home on Monday, June 8, 2015. Retired barber after 56 years, 38 years at Huy Road Barber Shop. Member of Columbus Board of Realtors, Columbus Bowling Assn., active senior bowler in Florida and long time member of Church of the Nazarene. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Carolyn Sue; daughter, Christina (Robert) Buckner of Fayetteville, GA.; son, David (Tammy) Sroufe of Westerville; grandsons, Cole Buckner, Ryan and Jared Sroufe; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bonnie Schrills, Betty (Bill) Neighborgall, Robert (Doris) Tackett, Barbara (Steve) Hayden and Gerri (Herb) Nugent; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Audrey B. and Pearl C. Sroufe. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m.- 12 Noon, followed by a service at 12 Noon Rev. Gerri Nugent, officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
