Andrea Sue Thompson, of Westerville, joined the Lord on October 7, 2012 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 5, 1944, she attended St. Augustine School and Linden McKinley High School. She worked for J.C. Penney Insurance and Westerville City Schools. Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, Edna and William McNerney; mother-in-law, Lucille Bateman; brothers, Bill McNerney and Dick Troutman; and her precious babies, Rhonda Sue and Faith Ann. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years , Ron ”Toad” Thompson by whom she will be deeply missed. Also survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ron Thompson (Nicole) of Lewis Center; daughter, Sherie Lowe of Westerville; grandchildren, Matthew, Andrea and Adam Lowe all of Westerville; step-daughter, Amy Powers (Mike) of Marysville and many step grand and great grandchildren; a dear sister, Marty McNerney of Columbus; brothers, Michael McNerney of Columbus, Schoonie Troutman of Miami, Florida, and Donald Troutman of Columbus; sister-in-law, Linda Hamner (Dana) of West Virginia; many nieces, nephews and loyal companion, “Woody”. “Sue” was a delightful, kind and caring lady who loved to travel with husband Ron through the years, cheer on the Buckeyes, but mainly pour her heart and soul into her family and extended family. Friends and family may call Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 12, 2012. Fr. Kevin F. Lutz presiding. Interment will follow at the Resurrection Cemetery. A prayer service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m.. Donations may be made to Mt.
