June Anderson, age 88, of Columbus, OH, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at National Church Residence at Mill Run. Member of Church of the Nazarene. Survived by her sons, Paul, Jr. (Donna), Gary (Sue), Jeff (Molly), Kevin (Lucia) and Todd (Debbie) Anderson; 10 grandchildten and 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bob (Pam) and Ted (Sharon) Porter; sisters-in-law, Myrtle Ruth Porter and Lois Porter; brother-in-law, Joe (Millie) Anderson; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Paul; daughter-in-law, Sherry Anderson; brothers , Joe and Bower Porter; and special friend, George Zierk. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Sunday 2-5 p.m., where service will be held Mondy at 11 a.m., Pastor Frank Karl, officiating. Interment Union Cemetery.

My deepest condolences go out to your family. It’s very little that can take away from the pain we experience when we lose a loved one, but one thing that helps me find comfort and hopefully helps you too, is the the promises found in the Bible. Such as, Isaiah 25:8 where God promises to soon, “swallow up death forever” and to “wipe away the tears from all faces”.
