Arlene Karen Roser
June 20, 1941 - April 21, 2020

Saturday, August 7th at 11 am at St. Paul Lutheran Church

Arlene K. (McCormick) Roser, of Westerville OH, passed away at home at age 78 on April 21, 2020, surrounded by her family, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. With COVID-19 restrictions lifted there will be a Celebration of Life Service held Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church 4686 E Walnut St, Westerville, OH 43081.Survived by her loving husband of 59 years, James; son, Matthew (Colleen); daughters, Christine Johnson (Mike Price) and Shelley (Kevin) Roberts, grandchildren; Denise Casari, Jamie (Krystina) Donetz, Hannah Roberts, Jake Roser, Amber (Stephen) Petty, Courtney Kot, Miranda Genheimer (Aaron Hendricks). Great-grandchildren; Joshuah Miller, Grace Miller, Sarah Miller, Audrey Kot, Delaney Kot, Beverley Kot, Eugene Kot, Chloe Petry, Roman Hendricks and Olivia Hendricks. Brother Richard (Jackie) McCormick; sister, Carmen (Larry) Dardio. Sister in Law Diane (Lee) Katterheinrich; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends Carol Augspurger of Illinois, Kathy Bailey, Diana Schott and Jo Hedrick, all of Westerville, and many others from Sanese Services and Kohls. Preceded in death by parents, Norman and Olga McCormick and sister, Marilyn Blackburn. Arlene was a 1959 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and attended Elkhart University. Arlene loved spending time with her family, fishing, quilting, ceramics, baking, cruising and traveling. Arlene was strong in her faith and was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church for 54 years. Carmen, I was so sorry to hear of Arlene's passing. I have loss all contact with her since we left High school. She was one of my close friends back then and I remember you, who was in my brother's grade (Don).You and her family are in my prayers and thoughts. God bless you all.
