We were very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I have known him more than 15 years and he was very well respected in the real estate investor community and he was always known to be a reputable man. We appreciate the help he gave our son, Nathan, and the opportunity he had to work with him. I always enjoyed talking to him about his research on Steven Winters and other crooks in this business. Years ago we did buy a number of properties through him including a trip to Dayton where we bought 4 in one day at an auction. I found his research and foreclosure newsletter very helpful in my learning process of becoming a real estate investor and would consider him a mentor. Sorry for your loss and he will be missed.
