Charles A. Hinson, age 81, of Mount Vernon, OH passed away November 3, 2016. Retired from Ariel Corporation. Dedicated father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Survived by his children, Kathy (Bruce) Gray, Michael Hinson, Matthew (Lisa) Hinson and Thomas (Jami) Hinson; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchilden; sister, Adonna Duncan; and many special friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Hinson; and sister, Patricia (Phillip) Meteer. Friends may call at the Centerburg Free Will Baptist Church, 377 N.Clayton Street, Centerburg, Monday from 9-11 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m., Pastor Mark Tuggle, officiating.Interment Mount Liberty Cemetery.
