Patty Ann Bergman, age 77, of Westerville, OH, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at St. Ann’s Hospital. Retired elementary school teacher. Member of St. Paul Catholic Church and the St. Paul choir, Polish American Club and Germania Club. Meals on Wheels volunteer. Survived by her husband of 44 years, David; daughters, Kristen (Christopher) Berk and Karin Bergman; grandchildren, Avery and Britton Berk; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Stella Urban, brothers, Conrad and Robert Urban. Celebration of Life will be held at American Legion Hall, 393 E. College Avenue, Westerville, Friday, August 12, 2016 from 1-5 p.m..In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Legion Post 171, 393 E. College Avenue, Westerville, OH 43081 or Honor Flight Columbus, P.O. Box 12036, Columbus, OH 43212. Arrangements by MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, Westerville, OH.
