Ruby R. (Lindsay) Willis, age 93, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Westerville, OH, died Saturday the 22nd of November in Bradenton, Florida. Born August 24, 1921 in Findlay, Ohio. She was retired from Purdie Metals. Member of Ohio Child Conservation League (CCL) and Sunbury Golf Club. She was a kind person with a beautiful smile that would light up the room. Her special enjoyment was her family. She is survived by her husband Arthur C Willis, daughters: Charita Clipp, Nancy (Harry) Coder, Charlee (Jack) Moore, and Debora (Don) Crites; sons, William (Carol) Willis and Jon (Karen) Willis; grandchildren, Todd (Carley) Coder, Brad Coder, Heather (Tyler) Barritt, Cara (Matt) Fulkerson, Aaron (Kathy)Willis, Christopher (Natalie) Willis, William (Tonya) Willis, Jr and 11 great grandchildren with another one on the way; sister-in-law, Lynn Rose; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands, Charles B. Lindsay and Dean L. Hall, parents Joseph E. Rose and Blanche M. Moe, brother Robert J. Rose and son-in-law, Carl Clipp. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, OH Wednesday 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Dr. Richard Ellsworth, officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Southeastern Guide Dogs, 4210 77th St E, Palmetto Fl 34221. Please designate the donation is from Fair Lanes Acres of Manatee County in Ruby’s name.
