Howard Andrew Plotnick, 49, died February 18, 2012. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, April 8, and lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Andrew was predeceased by father, Donald L. Plotnick; brother, Michael James Plotnick. He is survived by his wife, Laura; mother, Natine H. Plotnick; siblings, Marc, Jonathan, Debra Plotnick Athos, brother-in-law, John Athos; Lawrence Pius; aunt & uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zelvy. Andrew has many nieces and nephews: Christopher, Lindsey, Joie Athos; Mia Plotnick; Chelsea and Whitney Carper, Samantha Plotnick, Marissa, Jessica, Dalyn P. Dean, Kenton Dean; Darla Landsman, Andrea Fenton, and Michael Zelvy. Andrew graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School and was an avid and competitive school wrestler. He has a passion for animals, cars, boats, traveling and was the owner of Sports Vehicles U.S.A.com in Wilton Manors, Florida. Andrew and his wife are followers of Pastor Joel O’Steen. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be sent to “savethechimps.org (in memory). A celebration of life service will be held March 4, 2012 at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 East Schrock Rd., Westerville, Oh. Service will be at 4:00 p.m., followed by visitation until 6:00 p.m. Pastor Rob from Gracetown Church will officiate.
