YANNON
Hugo “Duke” Yannon, 86 of Westerville, passed away Tuesday August 2, 2011 at home. Retired from Weirton National Steel. Air Force Cadet, World War II Veteran. Member of Knights of Columbus and Piava Club. Volunteer at American Red Cross and a volunteer for many hours at St. James The Less School. Preceded in death by parents, Cesino & Christine Yannon; 2 brothers and 1 sister. Survived by loving wife of 62 years, Mary (DiCesare) Yannon. Daughters; Nancy Yannon of Westerville, Vicki (Rick) Petrella of Westerville and Joyce (John) Starr of Pataskala. 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 11 nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 6, 2011 at St. Paul The Apostle Church, 313 North State Street Westerville, Ohio. Fr. David E. Gwinner, Celebrant. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
Prayer Service 4:00 p.m. Friday.
