McMANNESS
Glenda D. McManness, age 85, of Westerville, OH. January 23, 2011 at St. Ann’s Hospital. She was a licensed minister with the Ohio District of Assemblies of God, serving as a Christian educator and former principal of Gahanna Christian Academy; also in later life the founder and owner of Wallpaper Madness of Westerville and Columbus. Survived by her husband of 64 years, Don; daughters, Becki (Tim) Finn of Mainville, OH and Cheree (John) Clark of Galena; grandchildren, Christian (Wendy) Cagle, Brook Cagle (fiance, Melissa Lee), Michelle Clark, Dru (Kim) Streicher, Robb (Rachel) Streicher and Nick Mendler; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Evan Cagle; sister, Veda Dugan; numerous nieces and nephews. She leaves behind many ministerial friends and loyal customers throughout Central Ohio. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. Service will be held at Evangel Temple Assembly of God, 817 N. Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., Rev. John Wootton, Superintendent of Ohio District and Rev. Clare Rose of Springfield, MO, officiating. Interment Kingwood Memorial Park.

Dear Bro. Don, You will never know all the ways you and Glenda have blessed and mentored our lives. We will miss Glenda, but know she has attained a better place of fulfillment.

Vickie and I are saddened by the news of Glenda’s death. We enjoyed talking with Don last night and hearing the wonderful encouraging stories of her peaceful passing. We love you and have wonderful memories of our family times together. We pray for your comfort and peace during this time of grief.
