Martha June (Osborne) Rumery

Martha June (Osborne) Rumery, age 82 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away, July 16, 2026, at The Ridge of Lancaster. She was born June 23, 1944, in Bypro, Kentucky the daughter of the late Fred and Virgie (Holbrook) Osborne. She was married on June 23, 1962, to her high school sweetheart, Charles Rumery who preceded her in death on April 19, 2019.

Martha was a Christian by faith and worked for the state of Ohio as an administrative assistant for many years. Martha had so much love for her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her son Charles (Chuck) and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Charles Jr. (Stephanie) Rumery: two grandchildren: Charles II (Andrea) Rumery and Kylie Rumery; four great grandchildren: Cameron Blosser, Veyda Rumery, Wyatt and Lydia Rumery; one sister: Anna Marie Means and one brother: Fred (Cindy) Osborne; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband Martha was preceded in death by one sister: Mary Louise Bryant; two brothers: Lugene Bates, and Morgan Osborne.

Friends may call 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH, funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev.
