Joyce Ann Greene

Joyce Ann Greene, 79, passed away Thursday August 14, 2025 at her residence. Her family and friends knew her as a strong woman and patient. As she faced life nothing ever got her down. She was very giving and a mother figure to many who knew her. Survived by son Rob Shivers; brothers James Hayslip, David Hayslip and sister Sara Hayslip Ratliff; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchild; life partner Reed Carper and many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by parents William and Dorothy Hayslip; children Richard Shivers, Douglas Greene and Elizabeth Greene; siblings Michael Whitmer, Marilyn Whitmer Hudson and William (Billy) Hayslip. Interment at Bloomfield Cemetery.
