Laura J. Mitchell

Laura J. Mitchell (Abrams, Jahn), age 87, of Washington Court House and formerly of Shawnee Hills, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022. Laura worked at Countryside Travel Trailers, Brookside Country Club, Cheshire Market and the Village of Shawnee Hills. Preceded in death by parents, Helen and Earl Jahn; brother, Donald Jahn; sister, Mildred Case; husbands, Bill Mitchell and Joseph Abrams. Survived by son, Jack (Ellin) Stauch; daughter, Sharon (Pharon) Smith; grandchildren, Katherine Stauch, Allison (Adam) Smith, Michelle (Topper) Rankin and Jensen Harkness-Kerr; great-grandchildren, Vivian Baumgardner, Lillian, Max and Leo Smith; brother, Roy (Betty) Jahn; nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 25th from 11 am to 12 pm at Moreland Funeral Home 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH 43081 where a service will follow at 12 pm. Interment Burnside Cemetery. Donations may be made to ProMedica Hospice at 208 N. Fayette Street, Washington Court House, OH 43160.
