Wow. What a loss. He was such an advicate for the buyers of repo propertys. He spent a lot of time fighting corruption in HUD properties. Bill always had a serious concerned attitude , but then would break into a smile when I saw him at the various Realtors/investors meetings. I could always count on him for the inside info on what was happening in the repo market. He will be missed by his fellow professional Realtors
