Donald E. "Don" Campbell, age 96, of Westerville, passed from this life on May 22, 2021. He is survived by his wife of almost 75 years, Yvonne McFarland Campbell, a daughter, Jeanie (Richard) Jones, daughter-in-law, Linda (Bob) Hise, four grandchildren, Wade (Jayme) Jones, Brett (Jessica) Jones, Heather (Akili) Yates, and Michael (Ashley) Campbell, as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Ken Campbell, his parents, Clare and Avis Campbell, his sister, Gwen Trudeau. Don was born August 5, 1924, in Columbus. He graduated from Columbus North High School and, after serving his country in the Army Air Corps and marrying the love of his life, he graduated from The Ohio State University. He was co-founder of WestCamp Press in Westerville and a member of the Columbus Club of Printing House of Craftsmen, the Printing Arts Association, and the Columbus Mercator Club. His life was rich and full, and he helped to make wonderful memories for the family he loved so much. His fun-loving spirit and steady presence will be deeply missed. Visitation service will be held at Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville from 2:00 to 4:00 on Friday May 28th. A private burial service with immediate family will be held on Saturday, May 29th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to benefit the Columbus Mercator Club. (Make checks out to The Columbus Foundation and put Mercator Club in the memo section.)
