I was saddened to hear that my childhood friend, playmate, teammate,Best bud many years ago had passed into the presence of Jesus Christ on March 31. Jim and I grew up and the Highlands of Virginia. Climbed the trees ,waded the creeks ,fished and swam the rivers. Jim was a gifted athlete at a young age could run like the wind and was a fearsome competitor, everyone wanted him to be on their team. When I heard of Jim's passing it was also part of my life and memory passing as well. He grew into a fine man and a proud and thankful father and husband I'm sure. We extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends who will miss him but we rejoice in knowing that he's run his last race and he finished in the arms of Jesus. Blessings to all from One who new Jim before most of you did, he was the same great guy as a young kid growing up as he was the great guy that you know you and his passing days God's blessings be upon you
