Joshua A. Stith, age 33, passed away Monday October 9, 2017 in Sunbury, Ohio. He was a loving husband and devoted father and a member of New Albany First Church of the Nazarene. He was a graduate of Village Acadamy and attended Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. He was an avid sports enthusiast, he enjoyed playing golf, soccer, basketball and softball. He was the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Northstar Golf Club in Sunbury, Ohio. Josh enjoyed volunteering for Upward Basketball as a coach and referee. Preceded in death by father Paul Stith. Survived by wife Rachel; daughter Chloe; siblings Brad Stith, Lisa (Craig) Hoyer, Wendy (Danny) Galiardi, Robert (Renee) Stith and Sarah (Jason) Sparhawk; mother Susan Stith; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visiting hours for friends and family are Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at New Albany First Church of the Nazarene, 6000 Johnstown Road, New Albany, Ohio. The funeral service will be held at the same location, Saturday at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Larry McNutt and Pastor Steve Brown officiating. Interment Northlawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family has set up a scholarship fund for Chloe. Checks to be made out to Chloe Stith.

He was so much fun to be around and I recall many times on the golf course where his jovial personality would kick into high gear. He will be missed by many.
