George Savoy, age 69, of Westerville, OH, the beloved husband, dad and Pop Pop went to be with the Lord on July 13, 2010. He was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church and the Gideons. He worked for the Vernon Company for 35 years. He is survived by his wife, Duon; 6 children, 22 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Calling hours will be held at Christian Fellowship Church 5970 Godown Road, Columbus, OH 43235, Sunday July 18th from 3-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. where a celebration of life service will be held Monday, July 19th at 10:30 a.m.. Officiated by Pastor Gauch. Interment Pioneer Cemetery, Westerville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Gideons.
