REDD
Billie Jean Redd, age 84, of Westerville, OH, passed away at St. Ann’s Hospital on Thursday, October 7, 2010. She was the daughter of Claude and Francis Westfall and grew up in Athens, OH. Billie graduated from Ohio University in 1947. She married Dwight Edwin Redd and moved to Madison, WI in 1957. Billie is survived by her daughter, Claudia (Randy) Winner; brother, Claude (Ida Mae) Westfall and her beloved grandchildren, Sean (Amanda) Murray, Erin Murray and Andrew Murray. Preceded in death by her husband, Dwight and her son, Jonathan. Billie will always be remembered for her devotion to her family, friends and many loved ones that adopted her as Nanny. Nothing was more important to her than here family. She loved life and would want those she touched to celebrate her life rather than mourn her death. A private gathering will be held in the near future to remember Billie and all she added to our lives. The family appreciates the exceptional care and support provided by the Palliative Team at St. Ann’s Hospital. It is requested that any charitable donations be sent to your local Hospice.
