Lynnette I. Carr
May 6, 1941 - December 27, 2021

Tuesday, January 25th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church

Lynnette Inglese Carr, age 80, of Westerville, OH passed away December 27, 2021 with her family by her side. Born in New Haven, Connecticut. Graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. Retired from Nationwide Insurance after 35 years. A longtime parishioner of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Lynnette enjoyed traveling and spending time with her friends in her later life. Daughter of the late Arthur and Eda (DiGioia) Inglese. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Thomas J. Carr. Survived by son, Brian (Shelley) Carr of Newark, OH; daughter, Beth Carr of Dallas, TX; granddaughter, Mackenzie Carr; grandson, Michael Carr; brother, Andrew (Jean) Inglese of East Haven, CT; sister, Theresa (William) Tuttle of Orange, CT; brother-in-law, William (Barbara) Carr of Brewster, MA as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to thank Feridean Commons for their excellent care. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church at a later date followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude at or Capital City Hospice at 2800 Corporate Exchange Drive #170, Columbus, OH 43231.

I worked with Lynn for several years while she was our underwriter at Nationwide. I'm in Memphis TN but we developed a friendship over the phone. She was always willing to help and so nice. I had the privilege to work with Lynn at Nationwide for several years at the Tuttle Crossing location. She was a kind and caring person and always found a way to bring humor to a busy work day. My sincere condolences to the family. She was a great lady.
